How to Make a Change
If you wish to exchange the product you received for a different size or model, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be in unaltered condition and with all original tags attached.

Exchange or Return Costs.
For exchanges and returns, shipping costs will be at your expense.

Returns

Return Policy
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive your order.

How to Make a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with an explicit declaration. You can do so by contacting us at info@ishikawa.it with all the order details.

Once you receive confirmation of your return from us, you will need to ship the products back within the next 14 days.

Refunds
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. The refund will be made within 14 days of the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The initial shipping cost (€10.00) incurred by the company will be deducted from the price.
